Our MALS graduate, Miss Pauline Bolin Liu, published her research in collaboration with MALS teacher Dr. Mingxing Li, entitled "The perceptual distinctiveness of the [n-l] contrast in different vowel and tonal contexts" in The Journal of the Acoustical Society of America (JASA), Express Letters 4 (11). JASA EL is a reputable journal in linguistics. The paper is online with open access at https://doi.org/10.1121/10.0034196. Congratulations to Pauline!
